That works without mods but disables achievements since you are only allowed to edit your own ruler and still get achievements.
Or if you want you can use the spouse designer to create her as spouse to you from the start
Beware if playing Norse and making a too awesome wife, she will likely lead a northmen army and mess up your game
2. A Spouse Designer mod, lets you design a new spouse for any ruler
3: Savegame editing, for that you need to save the game uncompressed in debug mode, note down the character ID of the character to be edited. Use Winzip to extract the gamestate file, this contains the actual savegame.
Then you can copy any DNA data from any exported ruler designer preset, or any other existing NPC into the savegame.

That is almost a perfect response, thank you!! Just one question. If i go for option 1 (and i'm assuming that means option 2 or 3 aren't necessary), do i also have to do stuff to my save game?
Because i was given -5 in technical ability at birth.
