Edit appearance in game

Hi

Just started playing yesterday and loving it so far even though i haven't really taken off yet lol
I made a character that i'm pretty happy with, found a wife with good traits thats even nice to look at.
But my character is like 7" tall... Is there anyway to edit the character in game?
If there are any mods please let me know which ones you find best, i cant seem to find any...
I was also wondering if there are mods that let you edit other characters in the game?

You can edit your character's appearance in the game by opening their "profile" and then on the top left there's a button "Open Barbershop". Here you can change things like hairstyle and clothing. You wouldn't be able to alter their height though. But there might be mods out there that would allow you to do that.
