How do you get a throne artifact?

Sniffed around the Hoarder achievement and finally got it today thx to some older post here that pointed out that there was a throne artifact that I was missing. Well, not missing per se. When my dynasty took over the Kingdom of Bavaria some 200 years ago I just missed putting it up for display because I wasn't even aware such a thing existed.

...but how *do* you get a throne artifact, for reals, though?

Because the only throne I have in my artifact list is the Mojmirid throne of Bavaria, which is from two ruling dynasties ago. I don't seem to be able to commission my own, and I don't recall ever having seen somebody have an inspiration for it.

Is it auto-created for whichever dynasty founds a kingdom? In my game, the Karlings held the Kingdom of Bavaria from 867 until it was dissolved in 890-ish, and then was only re-established when the Mojmirid Sloviens took over everything about 50 years later.

You can collect a few good artifact thrones by adventurer and it can be created by an artificer in your court - if they choose to want to make a throne - but you cannot commission one directly.

I believe there is a percentage chance you can commission one directly if you commission "furniture" but it is probably small.

IIRC it was Alba / Scotland always having an epic-quality throne by game start.

So you either start with them, or usurp their capital and/or title.
