Medieval Dynasty is a dynasty builder from a peasant perspective during the same time period.

Not really a dynasty builder, but Rim World scratches comparable itches.

Bannerlords 2 is pretty fun though! I started playing solely because I wanted to play a dynasty game but I stayed for the rest of the content!
