Click on your succession tab. It literally tells you exactly who gets which title when you die.
You have 491 hours, you should know this.

Realm. Your realm will split.
You have multiple Kingdom titles without an Empire title and thus if you have eligible heirs, they will each get their own Kingdoms and possibly other titles.

Of course you CAN destroy the other titles but that's not always ideal. As long as your primary heir (who you'll play as) is strongest, you can just reclaim your lost kingdoms through war. It's often much quicker and easier to take back those lost Kingdoms than go around fighting individual duchies.
Alternatively, form an Empire. Then no matter who gets what, they'll all be under you.

If you have confederate partition it won't make a difference.

Given you are King of Ireland, and that is where your demesne holding are, and you are also the King of Wales with no demesne holdings there, one son would get the Kingdom of Wales.......with no demesne or maybe one. This would make his army very small, and easy to take back the Kingdom.
