My computer is struggling with CK3 - and it's a mid-range computer
I've tried to do minimum requirements settings for CK3, and my computer is a Lenovo ideapad Slim 3.

I have 8GB installed RAM and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU processor (1.50 GHz). Only 226 GB of 475 GB memory is used up.

I'd like to get Victoria 3 in the future, but with my computer struggling to run CK3, I'll probably need to save up for a more powerful computer before buying that game.

But you can also check if the power options are on power saver or balanced. Maybe try setting it on high performance.
That's the point. I've googled a bit: Intel Ideapads use Intel UHD-Graphics (CPU-integrated) and not a seperate graphics card. That's why your system is not very powerful for gaming and already struggles with lower requirements like CK3 needs. I don't think, that you can play Victoria3 on this system, which needs more graphics power, like CK3.

When you are interested in gaming and want to stick to a laptop, you have to look for gaming laptop, which is more customized to gaming requirements. (Higher RAM, decent CPU and Graphics card). If you only plan to play strategy games like CK, Vic, Civ, the graphics card won't need to be a monster. If you plan to play graphic intensive 3D-shooters, you have to invest more of course.

Yours is more customized for office work, lower multimedia (like streaming) and lower quality or older games.
