Lol seriously you act as if CK2 was released with all the content it has. I promise you it wasn't. And CK3 had just as much if not more content when it was released as CK2 had when it was released.

those are your exact words. One game is no longer being worked on and has tons of DLC released for it. The other game is still being updated and has no where near as many DLC released.
There's literally nothing cringe about it.
2021 was a super slow year and so far we are getting a decent amount of content this year but they seem very hit or miss, I miss nomad content so much
Nope thats for Flavour packs.
They increased price of all DLCs to make new segment for these cheaper Event packs at 5-8$
But who knows, after the blunder of charging 30$ for garbage Royal court DLC maybe they will add this for free
