How to add a cultural pillar

Hi all!

I am trying to complete the "Unite the Slavs" mission/challenge, however I cannot seem to find a way to add cultural pillars as required by that mission. I have just the basic, vanilla game version with no DLC's. Is there a way to change a culture or add a cultural pillar?

Not without the Royal Court DLC.

Thanks for the answer. Still seems weird that a mission would be available whilst being impossible to complete.

What do you mean by add a cultural pillar? You should be able to do it with any Slavic culture, no need to change anything.

U need the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DlC to do it.. so stupid because that "decision" appears even if you don't have the DLC, so U can't achieve it ..
