how to UNLOCK Kingdom of Aragon?

Greetings fellow gamers,

Ever since the update (which completely changed the dynamic cuz u knu spanish upgrade or w/e).
I just wanted to know how to unlock the kingdom of Aragon since the new update because the aragonese culture is gone or rather I suppose it should appear or pop up just like the scottish culture does (im not sure exactly how)., or even the Ko Portugal (THAT i know).

Could anyone tell me how to unlock the aragonese culture and the kingdom of aragon, I suppose just like portugal, the duchy holder needs to be independent have some gold and a 1000 fame but what are the exact requirements?

"Unlock"? For the decision to be visible, you need the following.

is_shown = {

So, there's a time limit, it can't be made twice, your realm capital needs to be in Iberia, you need to be a duke or count.

I tried google but everything is outdated.
my issue is that im trying to create this kingdom through one of the vassals I pampered and then given its independence, could create the kingdom on its own, I just spend an entire day trying to do this but it seems I missed the basque or catalan culture part...

I'm pretty sure it's not a time limit. Except in the sense that you can't create it if you started your game after Oct 18, 1018. Any start date before that should be fine, and probably you can still create the kingdom after that date has passed in game.
