1) You haven't started a new game. Baronies got re-organized, character history got added and landed history changed. You need to start a new game or revert to the old patch.

2) You're playing with outdated mods

3) You made some direct files modifications (instead of going through mods), in that case verify files

4) all of the above lol

5) Your launcher files might be corrupted, delete ALL launcher files and verify files

6) (Low probability) Update didn't install correctly, in that case verify files and if not fixed maybe a full clean re-install : delete all files from all drives related to ck3 and re-install (Try every option before tho)

7 You're using a cream API from the previous build...Just buy the dlcs lol
