How do i call a Great holy war if im the head of faith ?
its a reformed pagan if that helps

If the condition are right (I don't know them but I know they exist) you should be able to declare it like any normal war.

Not all faiths can call great holy wars. You have to have the right tenants.

I’m not sure all of the tenants that allow it but they would have verbiage like

“ Can declare Great Holy Wars if Faith has a Head of Faith”

That’s from the tenant Armed Pilgrims.

You can only call great holy wars if the tenets of your religion allow it and you are a reformed faith.

Your religion needs either Warmonger, Pursuit of Power or Armed Pilgrimages or somethings similar, check the tenets and doctrines of your religion
