So I know you can create multiple custom rulers but is there anyway or any mods where I can create multiple characters for 1 dynasty?

Only with save game editing, but it breaks the dynasty tree, if they are not connected.

A New Sensible Family 2

This mod lets you create family members, but they have random base and then you can click around to change stuff, but its limited, you cannot create exactly what you want.
You can generate characters randomly repeatedly until you get a okay base character and then you can change the traits and education the character has.

The mod has you create your father and then you will change to your fathers dynasty thats just a random name and sigil generated for the dynasty. Then you can create mother and siblings.
