Forest of corpses

So i have this negative buff on one of my countys called Forest of corpses. I have no ide what it is or where it came from, and googling it didnt give me answer on how to get rid of it

Any kind soul here can give me the knowledge on how to get rid of it ?

It's an event the spawns a decision when you take the Intrigue lifestyle. You probably clicked through it without realizing what it was.

You created a forest of men on pikes. It is a chain event paying homage to Vlad the Impaler I think. Goes away with time. Hover over the debuff for the duration

I gave some land to my spymaster, which is the same land the debuff is on so i guess its that. thanks

Cool event, thought there is no duration when hovering over it.
