Lets wait for people who know what went wrong to tell us what went wrong :D
1) Is Poland a larger kingdom then Bohemia?
2) Did my heir have a different culture?
2. Same culture as father (so, Polish). All of my rulers were Polish so far, that's the 4th in line but it happened for the first time
So that problem is not that it switches my primary title, I can live with that. Am aiming for west slavic empire anyways. The problem is that my whole original court just vanishes. All of them started wandering and joined other courts or have simply died.
Well i recall very faintly that, if your landed heir is independent (or just not your vassal), losing your court is one of the consequences. But the whole "landed heir" thing is something i do avoid like the plague.
Other side effects of landed heirs include, but are not limited to:
> Having Lover's Pox
> Being married & lover to some old hag who you wouldn't touch with a long stick
> Having 10 rivals, -500 prestige, negative devotion level
> Half the realm having hooks on you
> Vassals who pay 0% tax with all possible privileges
