Need help
Sorry for my bad english. If someone can speak german here, I´ll make a german post in the comments below.
I reformed my faith.
I started a vote for "progeny" ?
Because my next char would be a daughter with very bad talents like murder.
I voted the best daughter from me.

After few months, I got the dynasty message.
I checked my "House symbol" and there are random guys from my land which get my kingdom after I died.

My questions are now:
Which "mistake" triggered it?
Is there a way to change it back?
I´ll lose everything now because I ♥♥♥..ed everything with something.

I don´t know the correct word but federal thing, that all childs get the same stuff.
But my childs didn´t get anything after my death. There are only random guys from the land..

It sounds like the elections for your main title are dominated by non-dynasty vassal electors and they just choose themselves rather than one of your daughters.

What is the rank of your chosen heir in the elections?
Order the list of candidates according to rank and check.
Also check the list of electors and the difference in opinion between their candidate and yours.

If your candidate is ranked 2-3 and the differences are small (no more than 20-30), you can try to influence the electors to choose her. Sway/Befriend them to max opinion, or get a hook on them to force their vote in the election when you're dying.

Otherwise (or if you're already too old) you probably need to remove your elections (choose the relevant title - remove law).

As for your daughters getting no land at all from confederate partition, I have no clue how this could happen unless your main title for the election is still count tier (very bad idea to put count tier title for elections, BTW)...

Right side, my 1. daughter with the bad talents.
I voted (left) the other daughter. I had the info that I´ll play her. But it´s changed back to the other daughter now.

I´m on rank 3. And yes, your right. The others have more votes and they´re the characters under my house icon.

1. Cousin 12 votes
2. Cousin 11 votes
3. My voted char 8.
4. Half? brother 5
5. Cousin 1.
Others with 0.

My char is 51 years old right now. My status is "is good".

Edit: I have a good reason to put the first one into prison.
I don´t know if I can kill him for Odin without a bad result. That would be another way if I´m right. Sorry but I´m a noob in the game, I need to learn many stuff like the thing with votes.

Vom Prinzip her hats sbudy schon geschrieben.
Du bist ja aktuell in Sachen Bildung unterwegs.

Seems to me like disinheriting your murderous daughter and your drunkard daughter and abolishing the elections would be easier than befriending/getting hooks on 3-4 vassals at the age of 51... You don't have enough prestige right now (you need 2300, I think, 2X900 for the disinheritance + 500 to abolish the law, and you need enough fame of course, I think you need 300 and you have it). Getting 2300 prestige at the age of 51 is a risky business but still easier than swaying 3-4 vassals to your heir. Just raids+hunts+feasts.

Sorry, I don't speak German. Not even a little.

Thanks for your answers.
I´ll try to put both to +100 to change their vote.
2300 prestige is very much with my age and I was 2 or 3 times ill. I´m pretty sure that I didn´t reach it before I die.
Every char has one vote, right? So I need ~4 votes from 8 to 12.
Gold isn´t a problem for me, so I would try this methode.

I´ll don´t use the vote thing in my next round, thanks. :)

Edit: But I can´t kill the first guy? Because he´s a criminal and it´s not allowed in my country.

Well you can. But he is your cousin if I remember this correctly. Killing him might give you the kinslayer trait, causing a negative opinion modifier with all vassals. When you imprison him all his family members will get a negative opinion modifier for the next years (imprisoned family member) if you then kill him you will get another negative modifier with his family. Once he is dead his heir will have all those negative modifiers, so getting his vote for your candidate will only happen with a hook, If you can revoke his titles. Him being unlanded and a criminal will help you turn the other electors to your candidate, although she is a woman.
Not every elector has one vote. When you pull up the electors tab in the election screen ther is a little envelope symbol and a number next to it. This is their voting strength.

Scandinavian election. Voting power (that letter icon) comes from total development of the voter. Known criminals can't be candidates. Gain hooks/court influential votes to gain their votes and reveal crimes of other candidates.
