How to stop kingdom split?
So I have 2 sons and I'm still stuck in partition playing from Rage to Riches Ireland campaign. I have formed Ireland and although once my current ruler dies the brothers will still be united under one banner but my next ruler will loose land. How would I go about stopping that besides "Disinherit"?

It's part of the early game. The partition only stops when your culture gets primogeniture (and you have to approve that law).

Kill your second son. I know, I know... this seems not right.
If you don't want blood in your hands, force him to be a knight and send him in an "adventure" to hostile lands. Maybe he could be killed in action... Poor guy.

If your religion has Monasticism, you can have one of the heirs take the vows. If they are learning focused they tend to be more willing.

Alternatively you can imprison the heir you do not want, and force them to take vows on condition of release.

Or do hunting events which sometimes has your heirs murder someone, which gives an option to throw in dungeon or kill. Since full on dungeon does give a fairly bad health penalty.

Also if you are an empire, then the kingdom would not split as long as you do not have enough land for form a second empire.

I had one game where I gave all 4 of my kids some land and then sat back and watched them expand and fight with each other lol It was a fun game.
I had another game where I started in Denmark and took over a bit of Sweden. I gave the Swedish lands to one of my boys and let him go at it. He expanded way up into Norway and Sweden and did very well for himself. :-)

If you have 2+ top level titles (eg. 2 Empires if you're emperor, 2 kingdoms if you're just a lowly king), you can use per title elective succesion to bypass realm succussion law entirely and get full control on who inherits your titles.
You have to be either feudal (not sure about clans aka muslims) or scandinavian/english.
Just add elective suc to your EVERY title (duchis/kingdoms/empires) and select heir you'd like.
Elective is much easier to manage than one would imagine.
