Cant move capital
I am pretty sure its a feature and not a bug, but i cant move my capital and i cant find a solution on google, so i need you to explain it. I am playing Norse with the Northern Lords DLC, i am an empire, i have the typical faith, my ruler is female and whatever the problem might be. I still do not see the crown with the arrow sign to move my capital.

Your vassal owns that county. You can only move your capital to counties that you own personally.

Could you please share a screenshot of the title that you want to set as your realm capital?

Two things that can stop you from moving capitals. One being at war. Two having moved capital before with that current ruler.
