The sexuality hypocrisy issue.
The game has several modes that dictate the sexuality of characters in the game, yet they leave out one, this is a clear hypocritical bigotry when it comes to possibility of choice or preference.
How is the studio so blind? If someone made a similar game with only heterosexuality as a choice they would think it is bad as the ideologues they are, yet they do the exact same from the opposite side?
If there can be a purely homosexual gamemode than in all fairness there must be an all heterosexual gamemode, to do otherwise is to display a clear and blatant hypocritical standpoint.
Especially as when people make mods in the Paradox series to allow for their own preference paradox takes the mods down, for example the only european phenotype mod for stellaris, but exclusively that was taken down, there are other exclusive phenotype mods that have not been touched. Height of hypocrisy.

That's because heterosexuality is the default mode. Heteros can appear in a homosexual game mode (at a 5% chance). and homosexuals can appear in default mode (at a 5% chance).

There is an exclusively homosexual mode, there is no exclusively heterosexual mode, that is a significant difference.

Default rule is 89% heterosexual, while Homosexual rule is 89% homosexual. There is no game rule for a 100% homosexual sexuality distribution. That took a whole two seconds of research to find out, and I didn't even have to baby rage on a forum to accomplish it. Food for thought.

There's no getting around that the base complaint of this post is based on inaccurate info though. There's no getting around that you were just wrong. Next time do some reading before you try to throw a tantrum.

Which one is it then? 11% or 5%? And where are your sources boys?

Nobody got it straight yet, which makes it gay facts.

how do the humans reproduce when 95% of them are homosexual?

The game. From common\defines\00_defines.txt:

PERCENTAGE_HOMOSEXUAL = 5.0 # chance (0-100%) of a randomly created character being homosexual

PERCENTAGE_BISEXUAL = 5.0 # chance (0-100%) of a randomly created character being bisexual

PERCENTAGE_ASEXUAL = 1.0 # chance (0-100%) of a randomly created character being asexual

If you want to see the swaps based on game rules, they're in common\script_values\00_basic_values. The max sexuality chance a character can have is default_heterosexuality_chance, which equals 100 - PERCENTAGE_HOMOSEXUAL - PERCENTAGE_BISEXUAL - PERCENTAGE_ASEXUAL, also known as 89.

I do not get why people want this in the game, this subject was EXTREMELY irrelevant in middle ages, especially in the game with the name of CRUSADER KINGS, an era where religious zeal and extremism prevailed.

So what you are saying is that paradox has displayed absolutely no bias of any sort and the mentions I did of removing certain workshop items but leaving others be are false? They are absolutely not politically heavily biased and clearly leaning in one direction? There is no politically correct agenda being pushed whatsoever by a Swedish company?

I could accept that it happened in isolated historically correct circumstances as certain cultures had a higher tolerance of homosexuality during certain periods, but on the other hand seeing it being so common among the norse or muslims so much I find strange as the game is attempting to be historical yet plenty of the cultures in addition to the aforementioned two had death penalty and no tolerance whatsoever for homosexuality.
At worst homosexuality gives a opinion penalty. Ridiculous.

Homosexuality was considered something like deviancy in ck2, and it had its shunning and acceptance, and criminilisation.
I do not get why you can now choose sexualities in ck3, there should be a rare event where this happens though.
Plus, i do not get how some religions have balatant wrong doctorines in ck3 that REALLY differ from real lives, like the 7 virtues and 7 sins. In ck3 we do not have these.

I don't care about the historical part of this game except for the times I get to make history really stupid. The idea of reliving history adds nothing to this game for me. I came in on CK2 at its silliest. I got CK3 because I remembered CK2 being fun. All of my friends that play Crusader Kings play specifically to have fun. Historical accuracy is irrelevant to our enjoyment of the game.

What appeals to me about CK3 is that you can design and make character even better than the sims and then play a fun strategy game with them. For us CK3 is a Sims/4X hybrid. I personally look forward to the day they've burnt through historical DLC updates and jump to letting people make the pope a horse again. The second someone makes a really good alternate world/fantasy overhaul Mod I'll probably download and play through that.

I can very much see that there are vocal fans who play primarily for the historical accuracy element. I hope there continues to be fun DLC's for you people as well.

But the fans getting mad about other players simply getting options need to get over themselves. Gay marriage wasn't implemented as a base game change that affects everyone. It is an option for some people to turn on if they so choose. People are throwing tantrums about players getting more options to play how they want.

So, why can't I choose a 100 percent heterosexual game?

You can't play 100% of any sexuality; that's something that OP made up, which was already disproven earlier in this thread.

They don't seem to have any option for there being one hundred percent of any sexuality so far. I don't work at paradox so I can't say why you can or can't have the game some way.
You can try seeing if it is moddable and doing it that way? I get not everyone can mod though.

I'm sure if you all continue being your charming, considerate, and reasonable selves you could politely ask Paradox to add an ahistorical pure heterosexual world option?
