How to find Custom culture ID?
trying to find the culture ID for a custom culture, the name itself doesn't work in console
used the console explorer to find the culture id (195), however this value doesn't work either

Semms like the game wants a string (eg english, anglo_saxon) when using console commands but i can't find a value for the custom culture that works?

Anyone had any success with this?

Pre-named hybrid cultures are in game>common>culture>creation_names (like Norse-Gael or Ulster-Scots) . But you can't use them in the console with the set or change command, as custom, or hybrid cultures aren't pre-defined. Example: The Norse culture has fixed traditions, heritage, etc., whereas a new hybrid culture, like Norse-Gael, has not. Norse-Gael could be full Norse, full Gaelic or a any kind of mix. So the only way is Save Game editing.

Custom cultures currently have no Tags for using it with console commands, but you can write a decision, for changing the culture of characters and counties.

The ID should be 189 or above. There are 189 cultures from 0 to 189. 0 being Akan, 188 being Ewe. You can search the cultures by name or more accurate with: culture_template="akan" or culture_template="norse". The number to the left is the ID.

This will not work, you need a Tag for the set_culture or change_culture console command.
