That's a lot of characters, and since we don't know the OP's character's prowess, still a valid solution.

When you reach 400 stress, the game picks a break for you and death is an option. I prefer just stacking negative health modifiers; of course, parking yourself at stress level three is the easiest negative health modifier, although feast side-effects like obesity and the drunkard trait will also help.

People say making your physician incompetent or your rival makes for worse health outcomes than just not having one at all does, but I don't see it, honestly. Retire the doc and don't replace 'em. Then start doing risky crap; duels, hunts, pilgrimage can have a significant health penalty event. It really helps if you planned this death long term and picked up a maiming or two in your prime.

Actually getting murdered by people is more difficult than most people realize, but if you torture a bunch of small vassals--all your direct mayors, for example--and then let them go, you can be the target of some well funded plots by people who won't be relevant in the post-succession factions.

A major part of royal court was they heavily nerfed stress bombing characters to get the suicide option. Your capital gets a heavy -30 tax+levy for thirty years and your characters isn't even guaranteed to be suicidal. No longer worth it unless your counties are all ♥♥♥♥ which honestly is a bigger concern than your guy being alive.

Other ways to easily die is to lead an army in a war or appoint a spymaster that hates you and wait for an assassination plot, double the speed by making everybody hate you through tyranny or persecution.

Start messing with everyone's contracts in a tyrannical way and once everyone has -100 of you then hike up your skirts because you'll get murdered before you can say "incest."

open up your computer case, and toss a bucket of soapy water into your computer. That should do it.

Oh, and I should point out, suicide will just kill you, not your character.

Quite a few traits have repeatable ways of taking stress.
Dying from heart attack is possible and much quicker than trying to lose a war, or annoying your doctor, spymaster and spouse.
My favorite one would be putting someone in dungeon and picking up back to house arrest as sadist.

murder plots vs player is slow and unreliable, you likely to die from old age before your murder happens...
