how do I access the court room?

You can see a chair with the number 1 in the second image of the page, this is how you access the court.

YOU NEED TO TO KING OR EMPEROR ( Duke or count = no court but you can be in the cour of your liege )

Got to be an Emperor or King.....So yeah, Dukes don't get them....So yeah....It's pointless

If you don't mind missing out on achievements I made a couple mods adding court rooms and the court positions associated with them to counts+ and another for dukes+

Beware of some graphics mods that hide the icon...

I was playing a king and it isn't showing. I deleted the mod I think could hide it.

Your own courtroom: on the right, the bottommost of the link buttons. The icon is a throne. Note that this is only available if you are at least a king/queen and not a tribal realm.

Your lieges courtroom: click your liege, in the top left corner of the screen there is a small throne icon. This allows you to access your lieges courtroom. They should really make this button bigger.

Those are just dukes/counts. Different cultures just have different names for the ranks.
