Checksum Issue

Bought Royal Court, and when I went to go play with ironman, it said my checksum was modified. There's no mods enabled, and I already uninstalled and redownloaded the game several times. It won't allow me to enable ironman mode either.

I have a similar issue, while I'm able to activate ironman mode it seems Achievements are not turning on.

check that your game rules allow it, used to be you could do ironman but not achievements with certain rulesets

(this shouldnt affect checksum)

I tried to do this (reset the rules) but it still told me my checksum was modified.

Have you deleted all CK3 related folders before reinstalling the game?

Same issue, after Royal Court release no more achievements. I have tried everything including 2 full reinstalls and deleting every trace of CK3 from my PC and when I start the achievements are still disabled

New or old save?
Old save = royal court changed the checksum, if you want to continue an old game you'd need to change the game version via steam.
New save: Sorry, never experienced this (and it wasn't mod related)

Did you use -debug_mode in the parameters?

For some reason, the game seems to think I enabled debug mode, even when I took it off.

It's a new save, but it might be related to the game forcibly putting me in debug mode.

Well, this is embarrassing lol. I looked through my properties and saw that the launcher changes were in a different place than I remembered them to be- and I had debug mode on.
