Ally armies not helping in battle
What is the deal with ally armies standing right next to a battle and not joining... battles that would be easily won if they did join. The allies have good relations so it's not that. Is this a bug cus it really takes the strategy out of 'grand strategy'.

Hi Deveshi,

We are aware of this behaviour and our team is working on it.
Thanks for your patience.

Is there any update to this? I keep losing crusades that should be won. The enemy allies stack just fine to slaughter me, but my stacks will not come to help the battles that should be won.

It's almost 2022 and this issue still hasn't been fixed.

Strange I experience this not the same way, sometimes yes, but I always thought they didn't want to die. But now I think that is the bigger armies that stack, when I have upper hand and go in with 12K+ army my allies always follow me, unless they dont and then I need to move closer to them and they will jump into the action too.

just join 1 of your armies to an allies army and they usually start sieging towns

Or when you outnumber the enemy and they just sit next to your army besieging their capital and they just sit there doing nothing until the war is over. The AI honestly just doesn't know what to do sometimes.
