There's usually a DUNE mod for any of these types of games, sadly Dune's more sci-fi; and it's harder to transcribe sci fi into Medieval unlike fantasy (low or high). Dune's been around since the 1960s and has been a staple for sci-fi lovers!
Still, that could be a great excuse for you to learn how to mod and make your own Dune conversion mod for this game!
You don't have local fiefdoms or anything like it. Atreides rules the ENTIRE planet - Not parts of it. You don't have an Ordos subcontinent or the Corrino's summer palace and barony.
The map would be the biggest challenge, instead of continents they should do planets, i.e. Arakis, Caladan, Gedi Prime, etc.
Yea, easier to implement on Stellaris.

Would be an amazing fit for CK3, bloodlines, Houses, Bene Jesuit, etc. Could even be a stand alone CK3 game/DLC.
It would be epic to see the Houses and politics played out in something exactly like CK3.
