Poems bugs?

Always when I send a freaking poem, I end up insulting them? I know this game sometime is like Xcom, but seriously? 99% to boost opinion, I end up insulting the other person.
I'm the only one?

Same here. Tried 3 times with 99% chance of positive reaction, failed all 3, pretty sure it's broken.

There are a few things where the percentage chance does not reflect reality, beyond what can reasonably be explained by RNG. Like enduring the rain during a pilgrimage -- I've had it happen 9 times with, at most, a 14% change of getting ill, according to the write up, but I have NEVER gotten out of that one without becoming ill.
