you get a little bit of small boni too. but as i sayed, for free you get the feudal which normally took so much work
its a nice bonus but i need to say that the character i used to form it was good in intrigue, an i killed every big nation in the time where i waited these 30years , so they split up an the only rival after forming it was byzanz
The Kingdom of Man and the Isles is a much more powerful decision since you also get the "legacy of piracy" dynastic modifier which allows you to continue to raid as feudal, the county of Man also gets 3 additional build slots AND you get enough dynasty prestige to grab 3 legacys.
