De jure drift into Kingdom of Mann
I am holding Kingdom of Mann but also Kingdom of Ireland. Duchies in Kingdom of Ireland has a De Jure drift into Kingdom of Mann evcen if I am also holding the Ireland title.

Itg is usually no De Jure drift if you own the other title. Is it a special thing fro Kiingdom of Mann or is it a bug?

There's always de jure drift even if you hold the other title. There wasn't in CK2, but there has been in CK3 since day 1. This isn't exclusive to Mann.

If you don't want the drift to happen then you'll either need to create an empire title to stop it, or periodically switch between the two titles as your primary so you spend a bunch of years reversing the drift too.
Ah ok. I have probably not noticed it before in CK3 or maybe I did not hold the entire neighbouring kingdom.

I created empire soon after my question and drift stopped. I actually wanted the other kingdoms to drift into Kingdom of Mann. But creating empire was more important.

"A duchy will begin to drift into a kingdom when all of the following conditions are met:

> The king does not hold the crown of the current de jure kingdom to which the duchy belongs.

> The ducal title either does not exist or is held by the king or by a vassal of the king.

> The kingdom is its owner's primary title or the owner is an emperor and the drifting ducal title does not exist."

So just by the first point on the checklist, if the other kingdom exists, then it can't drift.

I'm also quite certain that the description in the game is confusing. Once you hold the other kingdom or a governing empire, the drift is reversed, but the text suggests that it still drifts.
The exact wording should change and the timer runs backwards.
