Any way to get my wife out of prison?
My wife was a count, her liege was a Duke who was my vassal. They went to war, he won. Ok great, now she's imprisoned by him. I don't have the option of ransoming her from him; is there anything I can do to get her out beyond incurring tyranny and just arresting him?

Most ridiculous since this Duke is meant to be my friend ... come on buddy help me out here ...

You can send her gold as gift and she will ransom herself.

Thanks, she did end up ransoming herself ... shame I couldn't ransom her myself!
