How to resupply army
I sent them over to another country to invade but ran out supply so I sent them back to the capital yet it doesn't replenish. What do?

Unless something is going wrong (bug?), they should get something like ten supply units at the end of the month as long as they are in friendly territory.

Just send them back over your border after capturing the war targets. Then disband.
Wait a couple of months, if the enemy armies are still running around, then raise again with fresh supplies & men.
