Good religion/faith for Carpathia
I play as (proto)Hungary, ready to invade Pannonia. My long term plans involve conquest of all de iure Carpathia, together with kingdom of Bavaria and kingdom of Zaporozia (Hungarians start here in 867) with possible expansion into Bohemia, Poland and southern Rus. As pagan reformation isn't quite impressive, I think about converting into one of organised faiths:
1. Catholicism - historical choice; good relations with neighbours, chances to diplomatic expansion, crusades
2. Orthodoxy - mention it only due to close proximity, poor brother of catholicism
3. Coptic - exotic choice; Alexandrian Catechism, no ghw threat from outside and no excommunication threat
4. Krstjani - it's only benefit is close proximity to two holy sites, so I could "fix" it
5. Islam - although I don't plan to wage war against Europe, decision to dismantle Papacy might help in an inevitable clash
6. Judaism - some faiths look nice, but I'm not sure about it
7. Dualism - only if Christianity implodes and gnostics triumph

I don't plan to change religion after conversion (aside Krstjani).

You have one choice. Embrace the Sun! Convert to Zunism!

There is an actual decision regarding converting to Catholicism. According to the wiki it seems pretty damn good for a quick, and mass, conversion. Otherwise most anything works. I'd probably stay Pagan or go Christian myself, likely Catholic but maybe one of the others, for marriage/alliance benefits.

Oh, and Krjstani can lose Ecumenism via decision (that is taken by neighbors, not by the Krjstani character) so you could be Holy War'd by the ERE, HRE, or other big, Christian players.
