Allowed to have concubines, but classified as adulterer?
I'm new to this game and I'm playing as a culture that allows concubines, but then classifies you as an adulterer. Why does it do this, how do you have concubines without this penalty?

Be of a religion that doesn't enforce monogamy.

No in most cultures/religion they are eligible to inherit. I am not sure about Muslims on that issue haven't played them but North countries they can.

So my person is an adulterer now because she got pregnant with someone who is not her concubine?

Yes, I had a seduction with a woman who was not a concubine so instead of a scandal I made her a concubine and child was born without bastard trait nor did I get ratted out as an adulterer.

I have had wives demand removal of a concubine also. Some of them are not real happy with the setup.

I mean I understand your logic "how can I be an adulterer and have 6 women". It is not logical and I doubt many kings were stamped with adulterer in history. Many of them were womanizers anyway.

Pretty sure Catherine of Russia was a lustful woman also, it is said her lover over threw the Tsar, unless I am mixing up my history.

You're an adulterer because you had a non-allowed sexual relation. Having set, accepted, and allowed concubines is different than just banging whomever you want.
