What's a CK3 start with opportunities that didn't exist in CK2?
This may sound complicated, but what I mean is e.g. opportunity to form cultures, titles, de iure areas, take certain decisions, something you couldn't in CK2.

This is because I've done most of the things you can do in CK2 and would like something fresh. Maybe form Bactria? I've already restored the Kingdom of Cornwall and formed Portugal and IIRC Aragon and fooled around with the Outremer, reclaimed Brittannia and united some Slavs. And I've played in provinces with some of the new special buildings. Heck, I conquered the Empire of Hispannia+Francia+Brittannia as a duke in Benin once (at the Wall). Getting kinda bored…

There's 'Dismantle German/Greek/Italian pretenders', Mend the Schism (as a Catholic, for example), but I'd give that a pass for now and choose a smaller-scale project or a different part of the world. 'Inspire the Opus Francigenum' sounds like my type of thing, but that's just one decision I wouldn't really like to start an entire game for, considering I would be going through the motions of controlling a big French blob yet again. Same goes for Restoring Carolingian borders. Obviously tempting, but managing a huge French blob is less appealing. Forming the Rus would be a respectable option but not my cuppa.

It would be tempting to play as the Duke of Holland and maximize development with both farmlands and ports, but I've already done that in Tamilakam, and inside the HRE I'm likely to get elected if I grow powerful, ending my small-scale focus on bringing Holland into space.

So what could my next target be? Bactrian Supremacy? Greater Armenia? Wait for the Sicilian culture to form? Keep the Visigoths alive?
