Cant Generate Magic in Godherja

Just wanted to know why I cannot seem to generate magic in this mod. I have a Magi in my council position. My character is very powerful in Magi... I have 3 others in my court that are magi.... but when I go to magic screen to generate magic......non of the magi I have are available to select.... and those I can select do not generate when I click " Generate Magic" So what am I doing wrong?
