Those elitists can jump in the ocean. Cheers for having fun with games.
Or hour cap it, or make a special achievement that would unlock a way to get the others.
I mean, I'm playing vanilla multiplayer and I'm not getting achievements, which is meh...
Well, I dont really need a steam "achievement" to validate my gaming experience so I dont care but I can see how that is annoying. It annoys me also because I think it's irrational. UI changes dont change the difficulty of the game but on the other hand I see that it is difficult to balance somehow which mods are allowed for achievements and which are not.
It's ok man, we know you're just a regular jerk
Joking aside, congrats
I like to try and get achievements myself, but it can also be fun to play with mods!
Also, I give zero ♥♥♥♥♥ how other people want to play their single player games :D
I actually started a game last week as Bohemia in 1066, formed the Kingdom. But abandoned it quickly because House Seniority is not really fun. Besides that you already start with the perhaps most powerful duchy in the game, and you technically cannot lose any titles you already own.
Then there's the thing about becoming emperor. So far i did a couple of random duke starts within the HRE, and almost everytime got elected as emperor, without asking for it.
Really sucks when you are something like the Duke of Holland with 1200 men of his own, and your most powerful vassal has 2-3x as many.
I guess it may be harder to do if you actually plan on keeping House Seniority, because Vratislav himself isn't very popular, and you have absolutely no control over your heir. His only qualification is that he is the oldest house member, and even if you get elected then you only have a few years to live.
Oh by the way, right before I was elected, I absolutely steamrolled in a crusade which put my nephew on the throne of Jerusalem
