Game pauses every 7 days

This is driving me absolutely insane. every 7 days the game will just pause for a second or two then unpause itself. It doesn't matter what speed, there's no change with the amount of days, there are no events popping up there's nothing out of the ordinary going on. I am playing it with quite a few mods but it wasn't doing this just a few days ago. I already validated the game files. The game is pretty much unplayable at this point and I'm at my wits end.

A list of the mods you are running would be handy as it may be something to do with the pausing.

Have you given you computer a deep clean?

Have you tried updating your drivers?

Have you etc., etc.

The more information you give, the easier it is for someone to help you.

there are no issues with my computer and my drivers are updated.
I'm playing with the Godherja mod, fullscreen barbershop, enhanced zoom, and bail out everyone.
but like I said I was playing with all these mods just a few days ago and there were 0 issues but idk.

definitely mod issue, just try without them to see
