For instance my current army with a 3/4 updated domain of 12 counties and 2 x level 2 duchy buildings gives them 215 attack and 54 defence.
Konni also have worse terrain restrictions, being bad in quite a few terrain types.
I'm not sure what Konni would give in the same situation, but my point is that any MAA can be broken if given enough buildings. The AI will never provide adequate counters to you and by a couple of centuries in you can win any war with just your MAA and only use levies to carpet siege.
So in summary I'd say no one type of MAA are broken, just that in general the bonuses you can get with them makes all MAA beyond a certain point broken.
I'm still finding crossbowmen the most OP of MAA due to general (though tech locked) availability and with a good set of base stats.
