Raid for captives war...what am I missing?

Declared a "raid of captives" war against Mali...first 4 battles come and gone and all 4 I won, in two of those battles I took I think 1 captive each...warscore didnt change (still at 0) Then I lost 1 battle and warscore went to -9%. Despite none of my characters being captured. Also tried to seige and took a county, which also didnt change warscore. What am I not getting here and how do I get warscore with this war?

You need to defeat the enemy realm like in a regular war. Then with 100% warscore and enforced demands, you get the captives.

Its a normal war, just you get extra captives in the end and you must sacrifice them or lose... i forgot i think it was piety and opinion.

Warscore didnt go up for winning seiges tho

Anyways, the prisoners you take during this war have no effect on the warscore. Perhaps you are sieging holdings of your war target's allies by accident?
