It's in the game if you really want to play it. :p
This creates a society where culture and religion are one, and where the all powerful leader is also the spiritual head of the people who can declare great holy wars. This society also has a strict moral code, it rewards strong rulers with concubines to create plentiful offspring, and the people are free to expand if more living space is needed (as per the conquest casus belli).
Anyway, I guess this society could be described as a form of socialism.
Sounds kinda of like fascism to me, but I like the enthusiasm.
This is a good starting point.
I think religious communism is probably the way to go with this.
Tenets: Asceticism, Legalism and Communal Identity.
Clerical Function : Alms and Pacification
Basically, try to make most of the egoistical or anti-social traits sins, and Legalism to incentivise Rulers that go along with it.
I strongly agree. I might say that Polyamory instead of asceticism - either way; gender equality, all divorces/relationships, deviancy, homosexuality accepted.
You can try Victoria 2, that has a lot of what you're looking for.
Yes and no. The only necessary feudal lord is you, the player character. 100% of your realm with the exception of your personal domain can be ruled by republics, and with elective succession they even have a say in who becomes the next ruler. So the kind of "strong leader / leader cult" type socialism (think of Stalin or a certain other leader in the WW2 era) can be implemented.
The only real hurdle is the fact that each ruler must be of the same dynasty (otherwise we get a game over screen), so that demands some kind of handwaving explanation. For example, we can imagine that this dynasty has a divine purpose to lead the people or something.
best description of socialism I have ever read
Socialism is a fantasy written to fool gullible idiots into thinking it's not just another tool for politicians to seize total power.
Legalism is socialist? lol absolutely not, in fact it's about the worst tenet to simulate socialism.
