From the claim casus belli script:
Since you're talking about multiple de jure counties/duchies you're probably using a different CB altogether, so divine right doesn't affect those.
Edit: You also need rightful ownership to press multiple claims of another character, so divine right is just for your own claims.
Edit 2: Rightful ownership will also do what you're probably trying to do now, it grants a full de jure CB, although that one's known to be bugged, the cost goes up for each title the defender holds.
Seizing De Jure titles is something different, because you don't have actual claims on these titles.
As Xef says, you need Rightful Ownership, then you get a new CB called "seize all de jure lands" or so.
Ahhh now I see. So I have to get personal claims on titles instead of pressing for claims on minor titled that are part of a larger title I own.
I was wondering if there was any point in fabricating claims but now I get it.
Now, Paradox will add the text that the cost goes up for each title the defender holds, regardless of titles being contested. "This is a feature, not a flaw."
