Get some alliances ASAP, at least one outside with somebody more or less your size and one with a powerful vassal.
See if you can create some new Titles, you may be able to give some of them away and then transfer some vassals around as well, so you'll have less of them being able to join Factions and some good opinion boosts.
Bribes, sway, romance, seduce, befriend if you can. Murder, imprison, fabricate hooks if you can't. Pay closest attention to the Factions tab!
In the long run, you will want to make sure your Councillors are as happy as possible, especially your Spymaster. Set your diplomatic focus on Domestic Affairs and have your Councillors work on quelling religious, order, and cultural unrest. That stuff takes a long time, so the sooner you start the better. For the love of all that is holy, avoid war for as long as possible.
If you can, give out titles. If you can't, consider relaxing vassal contracts an/or lowering crown authority. Those aren't good things to let go of, but if it's that or your head...
