Other than that, just assume the base is say, 60% and calculate based on traits.
I.E - Comely 10% = 70%.
Handsome 20% = 80%. etc.
I'd raise the obvious issue of "Would a bi character have any penalties?" also.
but I'd be assuming homosexual characters have about 25-30%? - as the actual games congenital trait called 'Infertile' is -50% and that makes Chance of Children "Low", if married to an average partner.
There is also a mod that lets you see fertility % at any time by hovering over the health status in your profile.
Of course, not Ironman compatible.

So I have to assume that non-heterosexual characters are less likely to cause pregnancy.
Anyway just curious since I have various ~schemes~ that rely on gauging the likelihood of certain marriages producing more heirs.
