Cant declare war even though I have a claim and meet requirements
I have a claim on a dukeship, have the necessary prestige to justify it, and a cassus belli, but the option to declare war is still greyed-out

Make sure you have no armies raised anywhere. Use the little tiny icon top right overthe other options... it a LIST of stuff and your armies ALWAYS show up in there (just to check real quick)... the same spot where pinned characters appear.
