Wife issues

I started to play for a son after king is died and I found few strange issues about my wife. Could you clarify me please?

1) His wife is my lover and his soulmate. Really strange it happens by intrigues too. I mean this is already wife, why you need to use intrigue like this is illegal

2) despite they are soulmates she is lover of his brother. How it works?

3) in the end she died and it was a window about 'probably we didn't love each other but your death is sad anyway' , but relationship was +100

And I confused about this situation. Soulmate which cheated , wife is lover and no sad about +100 relations character.
Is it bug mechanics or not?

Soulmates will still sometimes cheat. Has my soulmate wife cheat on me with king of Scotland.

Wife and lover or soulmate are not the same at that time, you marry for children or alliances people that you don't know and often don't like.

You seduce your wife so she sleeps with you more often and you get more children, or if you want to have have a romantic relationship with your wife you romance her.

With the last patch 1.1 married soulmates shouldn't cheat on one another but if she is deceitful/lustful it might still happen.

The not sad with 100 relationship is probably a strange thing because she cheated, issue is relationship should have gone down more with cheating not stay at 100. But if he didn't know then it's a bug in my opinion.

Just on the 100 relationships thing, in general I've seen they don't always go down even when negative opinion modifiers are applied. That's simply because 100 is the cap, but existing opinion positive modifiers sometimes add up to more than 100, so that's why the negative modifiers then don't reduce the number below 100 (because the actual total is still above 100).
