Dismantle the Papacy => is it bugged ?

So is this bugged ? I got the Pope unlanded .
Conquerd the whole empire of italia and it its not getting ticked so i cant dismantle it .
The unlanded pope is ticked of , the completly control italia is not .

I wish it would say what u miss ...

Then you are misssing a bit of the empire of italia

The decision tells you what you're missing. If the Italia region is not ticked then you don't "Completely Control" it. If you hover over it, the tooltip will tell you what completely controlling a territory means

Probably you missed Venice

Also you don't need the Empire of Italia, but the region of Italy. Which includes the Kingdom of Sicily, the actual island of Sicily, Sardinia & Corsica.

I got Venice .
The exact wording is :You completly control the region of Italia .
Clicking on italia just zooms out hens i went for the Empire wich includes Sardinia and Corsica .

The region of italy is a bit vague , It doesnt say anything on hovering over what im missing but i dont have the kingdom of Sicily yet cause that was from the Byzentine Empire But im going there now then :) .

Clicking on "Region of Italy" in the decision should highlight the region with a white border.

Might be hard to see though.
