Can't choose hair or beard in creation?

No option to choose beards and hair only allows "no hair".

Most likely because of the age you choose. Try bumping up the age to 20, 25 and 30. Then you will see more options.

Ok, I validated my game files and now they are all visible. Give that a try

I'm pretty sure it has to do with age. I had the same issue and validated my files and it didn't fix it. Setting age to 18(minimum) though did allow me to change hair and beard.

Yeah just up the age - make changes- change age back down- boom.

I have the same issue but only on female characters. Changing age does nothing.

EDIT: Okay it worked when I put age to like 38.

I am having same issues - no hair or beard options also i can not creat my own house banner only random it ?? vaildating files did not help me, and also achivement can not be unlocked it seems enabled i mean no matter what with the new patch

Your character need to be atleast 18 to get more hair/beards. The older the more options
There is no custom house crest, only random atm.

Sorry for the delay, yes the answer is that the 16-17 age isn't customizable in that section, got to be at least 18. Thank you Darkie, answer marked.
