They revoked my key?
I bought the game a time ago through a good and reliable website. I have many STEAM games from them and nothing wrong. Now I just get told that the Paradox had ordered steam to delete my key as I bought it from another shop and not from them. Now I tried to get help from STEAM, but they just say that they dont help. They just delete it on command. And you cant get ahold of paradox for some reason. Wow! What a shame! I have so many games and always paid for them. What a bad way to treat a loyal customer. I have all dlc for crusader kings 2. Love their work, but am now shocked.

I have and they are checking it out. It is a very reliable website. So, I will soon hear from them. But this is why I am getting more and more weary of gaming companies. They have the power to revoke stuff, but without any real reason. But okay. I will await and see.

Well that is the risk when you buy something from key-shops! Some criminals steal credit card information to buy steam-keys in order to sell them on key-websites (like G2A, MMOGA, ...).
If the victim revokes the payment, the steam-key is automaticly invalid. Imagine you pay from steam directly and tell PayPal to revoke your payment... Steam would delete your game from your librarly as well.

You just bought stolen goods from another website... Just because many times nothing happend, doesn't mean that it will never happen...

And if you are such a loyal customer... Why don't you buy directly from them? A loyal customer would make sure that Paradox would receive 100% of your payment.

So stop beeing a ♥♥♥♥♥ about it. Paradox has every right to take what is theirs... If you buy from fences, it is your own fault.

I didnt buy from those websites. I bought from a gaming store that sells games. But most games nowadays are keys only. So.....oh and try to be a nice guy!

What gaming store? There are three types of stores:
- Stores like Steam, GOG and Epic Games (Where you receive their key directly)
- Buying from the Publisher directly
- Key-Stores which trade with keys from the previous Stores mentioned

Since you bought a steam key (not directly from steam) you bought from a Key-Store and they often trade with stolen keys.

Edit: And sorry if I'm beeing mean. But saying that you're a loyal customer, while buying the cheapest option where the Publisher receives minimum to nothing really grinds my gears...

Lol, loyal customer... to who? not steam, not paradox. loyal to some dodgy key seller that screwed you over. you only have yourself to blame. get your games from reputable sources.

Presuming your "reliable website" is in fact a brick and mortar retailer's site, I'm sure it'll get worked out... but it sounds more likely you bought it from a keyseller that's reliable as a retailer, but has questionable sources for its keys.

Usually, when a key gets revoked, it's because the developer discovered it was part of a batch that got resold against their terms of service. It's a risk you always take when buying from key sellers.

Yeah thats why id buy from the publisher directly or steam / gog only myself.

Cause then i know the games are 100% legitimate

Sounds like paradox used their crown authority to revoke you without tyranny

Well, the company is looking into it and wil get back to me. I have dealt with this company for a few years and always treated me right. So, I will just sit back and wait.

This is why if I don't get games straight from Steam, I use places like Green Man Gaming that get their keys straight from publishers. Also, seconded that refusing to identify the site is suspicious AF.

Red flags in the OP:
Broken English
Won't name website the key was purchased from
Capitalization of STEAM for no discernible reason
Delete me game for ~nO rEAsoN~
Blames Steam and Paradox for lost of product, not retailer

IDK OP, you seem like you got burnt by shady key shop. You can't blame Smith and Wesson or the ammunition manufacturer for your death if you play and then lose at Russian Roulette. You knew the risks, you must accept the responsibility.

Why I haven't stated the game sellers site, is because I did it before and almost got banned for it. No, it's not a shady place. If you look at all the games I got, you would understand that, instead of shout out nonesense. It's also a site, that gets the keys from the puplishers. I buy most my games from STEAM itself. Some from this site. I have done for many years and noever a problem. Only with Paradox. Why? They are talking to them now. I will hear it. And place it here. But as I said earlier, you can get banned for telling others where to get games cheaper.

Lol, just tell us what the name is of this very reliable website? Because you seems to be really trying not to answer that one. If you buy from a key seller you always take a risk and depending to the person you take that but then complaining that it gets revoked is a bit silly.

The biggest of red flags. If the site was a legit retailer, Steam would not ban you for talking about them.

EDIT: for example, if i bought a PC game from Game Stop in the US or GAME in the UK, activated the steam key, I would never lose the product. Let alone be banned for this post.
