Unite The Slavs (or how to view Regions)

I have the Decision to Unite The Slavs in my playthrough. I have discovered how to highlight the region on the map using the Decision panel, but it's rather difficult to tell the specific Counties or other titles I need in this way.

Since the Empire of Slavia title does not have any dejure territories, does anyone know of any other way to show Regions in the game in detail? There are other, similar Decisions like this one (Unite Africa comes to mind)

Go to Unite Slavia Decision, There is Slavia <just press it, and zoom out and show you the map
Slavia cover Romania,Bulgaria,Czech, and Slovakia,Include Poland

Yes, as I said I know how to get the map to highlight it, but with this method I would have to make a mental note of all of the Counties I still need or frequently check back at this map and look at this border. I was hoping for a way to view Regions (which has its own tooltip, so this would make sense) to see a list of the specific places rather than just relying on this one visual tool.

Sadly no, you must keep check it back and back, to make sure it
in empire title mode, there is no slavia so you need keep go to decision and check it
About List, there is none too :(
