How to trigger "Have a lover save you from a murder attempt"?

I even had a playthrough where i had like 10 lovers, and i was quite of the tyrant and yet this event never triggered for me.

You need to get someone to seduce/romance you. It is the last event when they succeed.

Its the last trigger before someone becomes your soulmate.

Doesn't seem to happen yet, i accept different lover schemes but it's always "instant' and no procces of saving me.

I have been trying for this for a few days now on the gamepass version without any luck.

Have a lover. Have everyone in your empire hate you with moderately good intrigue.

Hope your lover is a spy master and can disrupt enough murder attempts to get this result... before someone murders you.

Spy master can be a woman, if you are a guy... or a guy if your king is into ... guys.

Revokes everyone's title... then... give it back... they will love you for it! The people will just scream bloody murder. Make sure your vassals have high intrigue perks and into the perk tree too. It helps to execute a few of the people in their courts too... for any ole reason.

Go Intrigue Lifestyle, seducer tree and get mortal adoration (event will not trigger without this) which gives:

Mortal Adoration
-25 Acceptance for Lovers against Murder Schemes targeting this character
If a Murder Scheme is successfully executed against this character a Lover may die in its place

Then try and get a vassal to hate you enough that they want to murder you, then hope the event pop's in your favour and that your lover dies and not you. Bear in mind that the lover can be your wife.

I've got the achievement, but it is hard as only 0.3% of players have it.

Update: 24/9. I have finally managed to make this trigger. I played as the Lothiringan King and tried as much as I could to piss everyone off near me, except my wife that was my lover. It finally worked and the West Frank King killed her. And I of course sent him to the nearest dungeon. But I'm planing of giving him a special last meal :)

Did you get the Mortal Adoration perk from the Intrigue, seducer lifestyle tree?

Probably less complicated with polygamy or concubinage, seduce your (legal) mates.

Then be hated by people with certain traits. More often than not, your own son and heir will try to murder you even with high opinion. Dceitful/Ambitious for example is almost a guarantee.

Then have a feast or go hunting.
