Make someone a eunuch?
Is there a way to make someone a eunuch? I saw a character be marked as one and thought "Here is the chance to make all on my council eunuchs! just like China!" So would like to find out for the hell of it.

it is in the base game. there is a castrate option with prisoners but you can only use it if you have greek culture or your leader is sadistic

This can sometimes happen with botched medical treatments, too.

The description was... not pleasant.

this should not have made me laugh as it did, I had just noticed I got the eunuch perk but I think I got it due to medicine :(
