Neue Dynastie gründen / Make New Dynasty?

Ich habe mal ganz am Anfang bei einem Testdurchlauf die Möglichkeit gehabt eine neue Dynastie zu gründen. Habe mit Haus Haestein gespielt und dem Sohn (Ragnar) eine neue Dynasie gründen lassen mit dem Namen Ragnarrok. So hieß der Charakter dann Ragnar Ragnarok.
Aber diese Möglichkeit finde ich jetzt nicht mehr. Ich weiß auch nicht mehr wie oder wo ich die Möglichkeit hatte, weil ich mich da noch nicht so gut mit dem Spiel auskannte und halt vieles probiert habe.

Kann wer sagen wie das geht bzw was man dafür braucht damit es Verfügbar ist?

Rulers may try to split off to form their own cadet branch of the dynasty, essentially a house that they founded. You can do this via the DESICIONS PANEL and the requirements are:

The government type must allow cadet branches (either Feudal or Clan).
You must not be third in line or closer to any title held by the house head.
Your ancestors must not belong to the current house (which, for some reason, works for some Jimenas even if all their ancestors come from the same family tree).
For women, you must be in a matrilineal marriage.
